This is Tsukimura Mayu(One in the pink hair). She is a succubus which is a demon who attracts males and uses them to suck out their life force. She has trouble controling her power and when she's upset or stressed her power gets out of control and this causes men to loose themselves and swarm around her. She is a very shy girl and fears men, so if a man touches her when she's stressed they pass out.
(She's exactly like Tsukimura Mayu on the show Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun.
Its a japanese show so I dont know if you've seen it. Watch these...They are the show.
