Okay, I found this in the back of one of my poem books. The guy had the listings of all the first lines of the poems in the book. So, I decided to do it with mine, too, just to be funny. Four days till Gaia Halloween. biggrin
I'm shackled in chains,
No matter how many chains bind me,

You are the Hope and Light of this world,
Shadow, a trick of the light...or a living thing?

Why must I seek redemption

I hear the roar of the thunder.

The warmth of the bed

Even those who've fallen
Steady the hand that weilds the sword.
A sword that defends.
I prefer the night to day.

The silver light is gone from my sight.

Courageous brother
Radical uncle
Once known as Gunther
