Acquaintance, amigo, companion, buddy, classmate, partner, sidekick, or soul mate.
What I Consider A Friend To Be:
Defender, guardian, hero, knight, or a liberator.
There always there,
They always care,
They keep you strong,
When you are bare.
They hold a special place,
Deep inside your heart,
Where if they left,
That hole would part.
You'd feel the pain,
You'd feel the sorrow,
You wish you would see them,
Again tomorrow.
They listen to you,
They understand,
They try their best,
To lend a hand.
Life gets hard,
And you must defend,
But never feel alone,
Because you'll always have,
A friend...
