Jacket: black trench coat with turquoise zippers. The arms of the trench coat are spilt in 3 sections with 4 ways to ware it (sleeveless, short sleeve, mid-forearm, and long sleeves. Always worn open.
Undershirt: turquoise corset top that zips on the sides.
Pants: Baggy, wide leg black cargo pants with turquoise spade designs and trimming
Shoes: Black mid calf combat boots with steel over the toes and turquoise laces.
Accessories:
Gloves: fingerless black leather gloves that come all the way up to her upper arms.
Rings: a silver band rings on her thumbs. Red ruby “R” with gold bands on her right ring finger and her left middle finger. Wares a turquoise stone ring on her left ring finger.
Ear rings: Lobs pierced twice. Turquoise studs behind ruby “R”s hanging on gold dangling chain. Upper ears are pierced with spiked black studs
Necklaces: one black ankh with turquoise beads on the leather of the chocker. She has a gold necklace with a ruby “R” that hangs on top her bosom.

History: Shiva is the daughter of Giovanni but no one knows that she is. She is Giovanni’s second in command. She always stayed close to her father but was never seen. No one knew she existed till her 16th birthday when she began helping her father capture rare and powerful pokemon.
Upon a trip to a mountain range she found an Articuno nest where the mother had died and inside the nest she found an egg. She took the egg and began her effort hatching the egg keeping it a secret from everyone including her father. She had always had dreams of becoming a legendary pokemon trainer and was known as the Ice Mistress because she flew around on the back of an Articuno.
Shortly after obtaining the pokemon egg she became partners with a Team Rocket member that had a promising future in Team Rocket. Giovanni wanted her to see if he was worthy of high ranks in Team Rocket. She has been able to keep the egg a secret even from her new partner. Less than a year later the egg hatches into a baby Articuno and she names it Ella Ice. Since Articunos are extremely rare they mature slower than human years Ella Ice will remain a baby for some time. Shiva has been successful so far in keeping Ice a secret
