#2. If #1 is not possible, remember that they are saying what THEY believe is right and not even taking you into consideration, as opposed to the people who carefully plan out the best way to hurt people.
#3. Try not to take out your anger on all people with the same beliefs as superquo this person you are angry at.
#4. Remember that you don't need anyone's aproval.
