This is my 1st entry. Im just checking out how its looking and all. Its about 12noon here And im going to talk about what happened to me this morning. sweatdrop
At about 11am, My father and my 2 brothers went driving in the community because the day was looking good. My dad drives the stick shift in the house and everyone was getting some practice except me. So im wanted to try it too. (I have no experience with a stick shift, and i cant steer well either) So i approach myself in the front and he says, put your foot on the clutch(so i do..all the way down) and i he tells me to put my foot on the brake too.( i follow the directions) And..he says, ok. Release the hand brake(i do it) ((My foot is still on the cluth and the brake i think)) whee
I then put the gear stick in 1st gear from neutral.(( The seat is so close to the steering wheel btw))
Anyway, i let go of the cluth completely when he tells me to move off and i press the gas a lil too fast and hard and the car jerks. My older brother then lets out a yell and i panic and take my foot off everything. My brother then says, "Woah! I saw my life flashing before me a while ago" xp domokun
I start to feel bad that i almost killed my family and my dad drove half way home while lecturing me on the foot movements of putting your heal down and raising your front foot to touch the clutch and all that good stuff.
Then my older brother drove the rest of the way. When we got home, i was shedding tears and being paranoid saying in never gonna learn how to drive and I'll have to take the bus or not go anywhere for the rest of my life. My parents cheer me up with their mistakes about how they stalled the car on a hill.
