Take an energy sword, and preferably a rocket luncher...
Aim your rocket launchers' cursor over your enemy, and as soon as it goes red, push Y and quickly push the R trigger...its all about timing...
If you get it right, your character should fly towards your chosen enemy and beat him down with the sword, from miles and miles away...
