within the first ten minutes there is a space battle, a pretty good lightsaber fight, and Anakin begins to decend to the darkside.
Anakin becoming vader was done very well. His hatred and loyalty to palpatine lead him to cut off the head of an unarmed Dooku.

a couple of the Ani-Padme scenes were slightly corny and not done as well as Han-Leah. But the relationship was different anyway.
Mace windu is Samuel L Jackson. 'nuff said.
Yoda is yoda. 'nuff said.
General greivous has a very cool fight scene.
The destruction of the jedi was too short and mostly cheap shots in the back.
