So last night our beloved leader, myself and other awesome people went to see the Betty Desire Show. Fun was had and I even danced. Woke up this morning, knee's a little sore but nothing to complain too much about. Did some stuff and sat to watch Season seven disk two of the West Wing. Watched the whole movie, went to stand up and OW OW OW I couldn't straighten my leg. My knee was screaming at me. So after about an hour of trying various things I called my Saviour Safef and it's off to the ER we go. The verdict? Extensive tissue damage. So they gave me pain meds and sent me home..still in pain. Still though pain meds are nice smile .
