Ok so the other day I actually tried on my bathing suit. Like the thing was dusty I haven’t put it on for so long >.> I love swimming but I stopped doing it a few years ago – because I hate my body that much, I don’t like swimsuits and the way they show my body. I put it on and looked at myself in the mirror and nearly threw up…I am disgusting! So IF I’m going swimming it’s gonna be with shorts and a top >.> Yay…. Along with that I had a shower today and I looked at myself in the bathroom mirror and I just ended up slamming myself. I’m gaining weight for some odd reason. I’m watching what I’m eating and I am getting lots of exercise…not enough I guess. I found some weights in my house and even thought they’re too light I’m using them anyways, trying to get my muscles back >.< So ya…sometimes I wish I had money to get surgery or something…it just bugs me that I hate myself so much. I wish I could love myself inside and out and I’m trying…it’s just bloody hard. One good thing about myself…my eyes ^-^ But then above them is my nasty eyebrows >.> And pimples everywhere…and stupid red cheeks…GAH! Anyways >.> Positive body image…something I must work on. 	LOL Woot, go Spazz ^o^ Someone like me ^.~ It's actually not that bad and I have a morning foaming cleanser...and at night a blackhead scrub with some random cleaning st and then another like...pimple killer thing LOL LMFAO! 	Seriously sugery is a waste. Costs way too much for what it does and it doesn't solve the problem, maybe it takes away the symptoms for a while, but its not like it won't come back, so just do it without the surgery x.x; P.S. muscle is heavier than fat..so that may be why you're 'gaining weight' >.>; Offline al5858 · Community Member · Sat Jul 28, 2007 @ 03:19pm


	You listen to me good....DON'T YOU EVER TALK ABOUT YOURSLEF LIKE THAT AGAIN! scream !!!!!!!!!!Hun you told me once upon a time ago you must love every inch of yourself to love someone else...Now you go back on it? crying . I love you on the inside and out! Your like, ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS! How dare you say that about yourself! I'm big, I have stretch marks, I have a little cellulite on my butt and thighs, i dont run that much anymore because of my heavy set (including boobs), my hair is bushy, my ring finger nail is ****** up; im not proud of it but guess what? I love me! You taught me to love yourself for who you are. And if you don't like it, improve the parts of your body you don't like. I wear a swimming top and trucks when I go swimming, meaning im not so proud of my body either and I dont like unwanted eyes looking at me. Everyone has faults and something they're unhappy with about their bodies but you shouldn't slap yourself for it. You look at yourself in the mirror everyday and say, "I love me"<sound familiar?>. If theres something your not happy about dowhatever it takes to improve it xd . Jessi your like...the one who was there for me the most during my rough times and you told me to love me and you did everything possible to make me see that I was worth more. I owe you so much.
