Sally and Naomi came over to stay last night, with my brother. ACK.
I was lying in bed and I had an anxiety attack. Liek this;
- Heard screaming in my head
- Couldn't move limbs
- Breathing got faster
- Could hear heart beating reallyreallyreally fast
- Tried to scream but couldn't
Lasted liek ten seconds, then it went away. ;GRUMBLES;
Waaaaah I hate life.
