Hampstead Heath
I went to the Hampstead Heath today, near the big white house whose name I forget, and I put out a matt and watched the clouds.
It was so beautiful, like a surreal, or ethereal painting that I somehow found myself in. It was breezy but very warm today, and the clouds were white and puffy and almost touchable.
The Heath was beautiful as ever, I loved it it was like a wonderland, or like a dream.
And across the beautiful tree-dotted meadow there was a lake that reflected the sky like a beautiful glass mirror, with ducks and swans and geese all flocking together and making soft noises.
And there was a bed of lilly pads with white lillies, and weepings willows made it mysterious, and if you swam down the lake you could go explore the whole heath through the water.
There's a bridge as well, and I hung out there for about an hour, just listening and exploring and watching life go slowly by. It was magical.
Some tourists came and asked me to take their pictures, so I did, duh, and it was fun. The only painful thing about the Heath is the thought of the amount of trees they cut down to put a path through all the many square feet and acres of trees and plants.
There was a storm recently that cut off trees cleanly like a saw or something but neater, almost scary how neat, and there were some fully upturned oaks that were severed and uprooted like they were just small little toys for some nasty giant!

When I was walking back, along the trail, I heard twig snaps from the area where you're not supposed to go because of wasps and the like, but when I looked in I couldn't see someone, though I was sure someone was there. And that that someone was watching me closely, because I felt that way for the five hours I was hanging out at the Heath.
I also brought a kite and flew it, and I learned to manipulate it so I could make the wings flutter or have it swoop down and do flips. It was fun, until my stepmum decided that the wind was too strong - as if - and that my older stepsister should have a turn, so I flew the kite into the lake on purpose and walked off.
I'm horrible, I know. It's just my nature.
I'll write more later.
