I miss you
Like the clouds miss the rain
How the sun kisses it good bye
And the grass sways in place

We were good friends
Better than any other
Then you left
Just before school ended

Now your in a whole other place
A whole other country
Your a whole hemisphere away
And I can't see you any more

I remember your face
I remember your smile
I remember all the laughter we shared
I just remember you at all

I thought I would remember everything
But now I remember very little
And when I promised myself I wouldn't cry
I tend to hold them back to be strong

No matter what happens
Just tell me this
Remember to come back for a visit
And come see me as soon as possible
