Well, yesterday I put my 2 weeks in at work. My last day is May 13th. And to tell ya the truth. I couldn't be more happier. It feels like alot of stress was lifted from me when I turned it in.
I guess it was because I've dealt with being treated like s**t for 4 years that I knew I would never have to deal with it ever again. It shocked the hell out of people I knew. It got around the store so fast. Everyone I knew said that once I leave it would never be the same. I had friends even asking me to stay.
But after 4 years I think its time I moved on. For my health and sanity. Beside I have to start going though my things, getting rid of things I don't need anymore.
But yea I'm counting down until we move. And I'm happy about that also. I guess I've grown tired of being here in San Diego. Sure I'll miss my Monster Manor friends. And of course some people from work.
But as I told them. Its likes ending one chapter of the story of your life, and starting the next. I'm ready to end the chapter about living in San Diego and start a new one.
But yea that whats been going on with my life, the dust is finally settling and I can see which way I have to go.
Edit: Because Sosiqui asked and after reading this over I saw I didn't mention it. I'm moving to Arkansas. I know seems strange for a city girl. But heck I'm close to my friends in Il, I can always drive to Cali if I want to see my friends. And I'm close to alot of my friends in Texas.
