Yesterday I saw Harry Potter.
It was an ok movie, but it soesn't hold a candle to the book.
They cut out so many scenes, and didn't mention who half of the new people were, that I'd imagine if you didn't read the book, you would be very confused and lost.
What annoyed me the most was that the director cut out so many scenes in the Department of Mysteries. They cut out the circular room, the Room of Time, the Brain room, and the door that is unable to open, which I think should come back in the last book.
Also, when Sirius is killed by his cousin, they got a bit wrong. The flash of light coming from Bellatrix Lestrange's wand should be red instead of green, like it is in the movie. This means that she didn't kill SIrius with the Avada Kedavra curse, but most likely Stupefied him and he flung back into the veil.
Also, the fountain in the Ministry of Magic didn't come alive when Voldemort possessed Harry.
I'll finish my review and ramblings later, now I have a barbeque to go to! xD
