Well today I started my first day of full time work, for the city. It was actually rather easy today. Now let's hope the rest of my days go like this one. I got there a few minutes before eight, and found that a friend... well person I know from my graduating class is working there as well. He's a alright guy I suppose, anyways him and I were to go weed eat, hearing this my spirt sunk. I loathe weed eating I've been completely and utterly burnt out on it. Well, it turned out they only had one weed eater at the place. So we get dropped off to weed eat a few places around town. But since there was only one weed eater, we took turns.

So that was easy, though we had to walk a few blocks to each place we had to trim. But it ate up time, and didn't bother me at all. After we finished, sean and I waited for someone to pick us back up. Well the truck we got dropped off in drove by us like three times. Never stopping once, but we saw another truck stopping down the block at a new office building. We just decided to walk over there and wait until they plan on leaving. Well they were just messing around inside and not really doing much. Which left us to wait around for about two hours.

After they finish we head back to the shop for lunch. Everyone there went to their homes for lunch, but I stayed there. I talked with the boss there and he seemed really nice, he even called the parole officer guy a p***k. He told me he doesn't think that the work should be that hard for us. Which seems like a good sign, sean told me earlier that everyones really laid back there. Anyways after lunch all were told to do is paint some trash can barrels. Which painting is really easy, so all in all the day was a lot better than I thought it would be.

Heh, if it goes like this every day. I won't have to worry about getting through this at all.
