Not all them time. Just recently. Not with everybody. Mainly Jibs. He acts as if everything is my fault. I'll admit I nag him to do his school work, but I'm just worried for him. When I tell him he should study for Japanese, he tells me I turned him off to learning it. When I tell him off for being late to class, he tells me its my fault because if he didn't have to pick me up he would have gotten more sleep. He never takes my advice, he treats it like I'm just attacking him. Whenever I tell him something he always lashes back with some smart-a** comment about how I could be doing something else. I tried not talking to him about school, but I hate not to remind him... His memory doesn't extend to what he had for breakfast... I'm not saying he's not very intelligent, I'm just saying his planning skills need to be worked on. I'm also saying I feel like a burden.

And it doesn't sound to me like you are a burden.
More like a good person that does exactly what lazy procrastinators need. give them a reason to study. Even if it is just because its a little annoying to here people say "study" all the time. He'll realize you were helping when he doesn't fail.
