You are hiding from anger. You can't take it when people get angry at you, particullarly adults and when they do get angry at you, it makes you want to cry. Maybe you've had a bad experiance or you're just sensitive. Being afraid of people getting angry at you has caused you to try to stay calm all the time, and hide your anger. You hide your anger because you don't want to see other people hurt from it.
