This is Raaxon, my rpc
He is rather cocky, but he knows the limits of his considerable powers. He controls water in all three stages: steam and mist as gas, water as liquid and ice as solid. He can also rearrange the molicules of his body, as he is actually made of water. This gives him a imunity from vampires, since he has no blood.
His weapon is a huge rectangle shaped blade (see below), that has the ability of shape-shifting to whatever he wants it to become. He mostly uses his normal huge blade, a smaller quicker blade, a huge club (like the Oni Club item) or a spiked ball-and-chain. He has also used a shield.
His species is demon cross dragon cross human. He hates humans with a passion, as it as them who killed both his loves and banished him. He has the ability to transform into a 11ft long, sapphire blue dragon, see below:
