No one on Gaia "needs" gold. I don't have any idea where people get the idea that they need it more than anything in the world, like it matters more than life itself sometimes. You get these people that post things likeQuote:

It's like, why does this matter that much to you? It's not like the world is going to stop spinning if you don't get the gold immediately for that Momo the Monkey or that dress you wanted or whatnot.
And those who PM others to beg! That's the worst thing you could do since it's reportable, not to mention downright annoying. Why don't you earn your own gold or start a quest thread? That's much easier than sending random people PM's and begging for gold
Last on the list is those who expect something in return when they give. That's not the spirit of giving. When you give something, you're not to expect anything! Even if you were to be hacked (God forbid) tomorrow, you can't go to every person you donated to and expect them to donate back to you. That's not how it works

PMing other for gold was, frowned upon in the beginning and now it's just old and irritating.
The last one you listen has personally happened to me... long time ago. I was talkign to this girl and she donated 1k to me and then the next day she was all depressed that someone hacked her and how I should return her 1k if I had a heart and all this other bullshit.
I think you should of listed the PMing for items you're wearing on your avatar, that's extremely annoying.
If i wanted to sell it it'd be in the Marketplace or that one forum
