It seems weird the way this gold system is built up. That the things you do earn you gold, but that they depreciate so quickly. I was doing the puzzle thing for my first few days on here and aside from getting really burned out on puzzles, I noticed the value of them rapidly decreasing. You can imagine my frustration when I finished an Insane and got 0 gold. I found a few threads and did the other things to earn gold. Running around town and shaking the trees, doing the word bump, fishing to hopefully one day get enough to make into one of those high-selling hats. Ugh. The marketplace. A dread to me. I hate the idea of this "buy low, sell high" crap. It seems to only breed inflation. Beyond that, the only things you can get yourself (without buying off there) takes a ridiculously long time to achieve, or needs to be bought with my real money. Screw that. So, without spending all my free time looking for 1000000 paper bags or 100 one one type of fish, I am resorted to posting "bump" over and over, and voting in meaningless polls in a guild that means nothing. Trying to pace myself as I vote in the arenas (because lord knows, I can't give my opinion on a piece of art in less than a minute). But then this "bump" and poll-ing crap also depreciates. In a matter of minutes my ability to get gold dwindles to a meaningless amount... I guess I'm never going to look like Indiana Jones on here...

So I've posted a total of 3 times
I have figured that these journals are a quick way to earn a few gold. I hope it recycles everyday like everything else. I think I am going to delete all my useless entries (which will be many) at the end of the day. Anything of meaning (like, 1 in 50) will be saved, but I think I will update this just to keep track of how many useless posts I made, just to try and make some gold. This is ******** stupid...
