serbus - interesting samples. What kind of story did you have in mind for a comic?
Well, I'd begin with the part about Casrial and Harlequin doing the spell that ends up killing Harlequin. Then I'd move on to about two years later when Casrial meets Melgis. I'm thinking that they meet in a town inn and they're both traveling the same direction or something. This is your story, so I'd like to leave the telling to you. Within the first few nights of meeting Melgis, Casrial has dreams about Harlequin. She has had dreams of her lover before, but not nearly so vivid. This is the begining of Zadrya's manipulation over Casrial's fate.
Zip to a different area of the plot: Kera is at the bar tending to customers. Wren is running around in the background. A handsome young woman walks in and orders a drink. It is Misao. She flirts with Kera a bit.
Back to Casrial: Cas and Mel have been traveling together for a while now. Mel brings up the thing that has been bothering him the most... Cas' bathing habits. Hillarity ensues as Mel tries to make Cas take a bath. There is a dark figure lurking in the trees as Mel progresses in the cleaning of Cas. It is Dune. Afterwards she follows them for a while, curious about the pair. They are sleeping and she creeps into camp to steal supplies, mostly gold. Suddenly a giant demon attacks claiming that Dune owes him something? Cas and Mel wake up. This is where Cas ends up saving Dune and forming their unbreakable Master-(sorta)Slave bond.
Zip back to Kera: Kera and Misao are having a wedding. There is a lot of joy and laughter. Wren accidently tips over the cake and then decides to jump in it. More laughter, lots of flowers.
This is all I have in mind so far. It's just an idea.

Wow, that sounds really involved. How would you price something like that? Would that be what the 10k b&w/20k color price would cover, or would that be more?
That's an interesting theory about Dune. rofl The way it ended up playing out, long ago Dune was transformed into a grouchy talking axe that Cas picked up in a salvage shop and befriended. Melgis turned her back into a woman, and everyone was like, "Woah, Casrial's axe is a CHICK?"
...but I like your version of events, too. ^_^
Lol, I like your version of Dune better! Just have to figure out a way to put it into the story...
Honestly, I'd do something like this for you just because I want to. I won't charge you anything. The last few weeks I've been bored out of my mind and this is the perfect thing to distract me. Like I said, this is a very good idea and it sets up for the perfect story! Just be patient with me because over the next few weeks I won't be online very much... First I'm going on vacation, then I'm doing a 90hr work week...
