I came to an instant, cruel realization:
Most of the people I consider friends hate me. These people talk s**t about me. They act nice to my face, but completely diss me or exclude me otherwise. I receive dirty looks, harsh body language and glances. If you people don't want to be my friends, why don't you just say so?
Oh well. I guess no matter how much I grow up, I'll always be the same girl I was in elementary and middle school. That's just the way of it. I'd rather be able to count my friends on one hand than on both of my hands and feet and maybe my nose. Because I guess if I'm lucky enough to have five really good friends, it's better than having 50 "hi" friends.
I'll be an outcast with Kawada-kun. He doesn't deny me anything. He agrees with my views and opinions, and therefore has no reason to dislike me. Then there's Sarah. She is talked s**t about just as often as I am. We get along fantastically. We disagree enough to have interesting conversation, but agree enough not to hate each other.
It's not so bad. It was just a violent emotional shock to figure it out, finally. After two months. domokun
