Why can't you stop hating within your judgmental land
You've left me with torn self esteem and callused hands
Now my body is left in the mud
My eyes filled with tears and my mouth blood
So I take this knife and stab it in my heart
Words stabbing like a thousand darts
Why can't you leave me be
I am human with feelings to don't you see?

- It's general knowledge that callused hands world wide is symbolized with a person has worked through hard labor, the judgmental land bit sets up an image that those who rule over their own property tend to be more criticizing in it which can explain the callused hand part for it is saying "You've worked me to the bone and took my confidence with you" The mouth full of blood is another symbol that usually represents anger or feeling murdered on the inside which I did show in the poem up above.

- You don't really reference why your hands are callused, or why your mouth is full of blood. Or why my land is judgemental. Or how any of your metaphors are relevant to what you're feeling. Are you feeling battered by the criticism? Or are you feeling like a slave to your insecurities, constantly working to become a better person?
