-
to fly— you mustn’t
Flying’s the thing— never done without wings
But the spinner in the underground streets
Knows more than truth and the secrets of all
The uncovered mysteries that linger
As solved and forgotten as the well-known
Secret of flight—
Stripped of your feathers,
You can’t fly with wings in this waking dream.

- Title: To fly, you mustn’t
- Artist: f a y eliight
- Description: Yes, I am fully aware that this poem makes little sense, but that would be the intention (sort of o wo;;). It's a nonsense poem, and another in the series on dreams/visions.
