Here I am, in this dim room
Writing mindlessly without direction
And all the while, I am thinking of you
And your sweet, heart-warming affection
I've been beside you through all these years
We've been through much, I have to say
But time has not weathered, not even once
My steadfast loyalty to this day
Up to now, my dear princess
I, your guardian, still stand tall
I shall courageously bear broken bones for you
And catch you whenever you fall

But when I lay eyes on you, my heart skips a beat
Tell me, princess, is that wrong?
