• Tired of the Pain
    I'm tired of the pain,
    tired of the yelling that happens everyday.

    You ask me why I'm always mad at you,
    but, you never see how you treat us.

    We try to talk, you yell.
    We yell back,
    you treat us like crap,
    and tell us not to yell at you.

    I'm tired of the pain I feel everytime you talk to me.
    I always feel like screaming at you,
    but, you always treat me worse when do.

    I want to tell you that:
    If you don't stop treating us this way,
    we'll leave.
    But, you never listen.
    You would just yell at us.

    I'm tired of the pain,
    everytime you tell me that:
    you are going to quite smoking,
    or become a better person.
    You never follow through.
    You always say you will,
    but, I've yet to see you do.

    I'm tired of the pain,You alwy
    everytime I try to hate you with every fiber of my being,
    I can never bring myself to do it.
    You want to know why?
    It's because I'm better than you in that way!

    I know that you aren't worth my time anymore,
    yet I still try to waste it.
    I still want to love you,
    but, you make it nearly impossible to do so!

    I'm tired of you telling me to
    be the best that I can be
    and to be open to everything,
    How can I be when I have no role model to show me
    For, you are neither!

    I'm tired of trying so hard to hate you.
    And, I'm tired of trying to love you.
    You always push me away with your lies and games.
    And, if you keep pushing me away,
    soon enough I'll be gone.

    I'm tired of how much time you take up,
    I worry about you too much.

    I'm tired of how much space you take up,
    you make my heart want to explode.

    I'm tired of hating to love you,
    and, I'm tired of loving to hate you.

    I'm tired of your voice when you yell at us.

    And, I'm tired of you asking me why I'm tired of you,
    and the pain that you bring me.

    I'm tired of telling you
    that I hate you.

    Even though I do,
    I have to love you.

    Next time you ask me why I'm tired of you,
    you will know why.

    Because: I'm tired of the pain!
