Sometimes i wonder is it the way i look that makes the boys run from me....
Sometimes i wonder if its my fault they hate me......
Sometimes i wonder if my dad really cares...........
Sometimes i wonder if its my fault my grandpa died............
Sometimes i wonder if hes really gone............
Sometimes i wonder why i ever tried.............
Sometimes i wonder if he really loved me............
Sometimes i wonder if he loves me or not.........
Sometimes i wonder why god chose to put me through hell........
Sometimes i wonder if hes real or not........

While I appreciate your attempt at a pattern, there is no flow or rhythm in the event portion of your writing.
Therefore it is simply a list and not a poem.
