The Sea is quiet
The Sea is calm
With waves of giant
And swinging palms
I wish I could stay
I wish I could part
But I must stay and grieve
For the loss of my heart
I sent on a doomed ship
I sent to a watery grave
It left with my sailor's sweet lips
My sailor so brave
So now I must wait silhouetted against the sea
wondering where my sailor is
and will he wait for me?
