• Innocence's Existence

    Many wish that there was a wall
    Between innocence and evil.
    To this, I ask:
    Can innocence even exist in this dark, evil world?
    And to that, I answer:
    No.
    Evil only exists, we are born into it,
    And we are doomed to live in it.
    Our hearts are black ice, our souls corrupt.
    I wish there was a defined wall
    Between innocence and evil,
    But I doubt even innocence's existence.
