• angry, cold and heartless,
    i see her face today,
    it seems as if her very soul,
    has gone and run away.

    she stands there looking back at me,
    glaring at what she sees,
    everything seems as black as night,
    her throat i'd like to seize.

    i hate her every time we meet,
    this horrible living she,
    if only she would go away,
    and never had to be.

    she looks back and hates me,
    for the smile on my face,
    she cringes at my beating heart,
    and wishes for such a grace.

    her eyes smolder with jealousy,
    their depths an abysmal black,
    because that girl in front of her,
    only longs to have him back.

    this bittersweet reunion,
    occurs between reflection,
    and the mirror in between us,
    causes much rejection.

    within a second she and i,
    we break,
    through the shiny mirror,
    bleeding with heartache.
