    He's right here now
    He lifts his hand and brushes
    My hair away from my face
    Now, in he leans, closer and closer he gets
    Now on my cheek I feel his breath
    He gently, quite gently laid a kiss
    Yes a kiss upon my lips, Oh rejoice
    Now in my ear he whispers softly
    Ever so softly the words
    One day we shall have each other
    But, it is not this day
