Mythical creatures, walking the land.
Lot's dear wife, scattering like sand.
Serpentile Medusa, severed head in a bag,
and from his own gallows, Haman did sag.
Icarus's wings, to close to the sun.
A birthright is traded, to the youngest son.
The fingers of the Fates, pulling our strings,
and an angel of God, but only death it brings.
Heracles wives, blessed with mis-fortune.
Rebekka's weaving hands, colouring the loom.
Blood of a centaur, smeared on a cloak,
plauges in Eygpt, Gods wrath evoked.
Pan with the animals, piping a new tune,
Ruth steals to Boaz, by the light of the moon.
Hephaestus's net, catching his wife,
and David sees Bathsheba, and ruins his life.

- Title: Mythical Truth
- Artist: ~+Moon~Shower+~
- Description: Yet again, another poem. Written in the same format as the others. Each first line is a reference to something in Greek mythology, while every second is a reference to something in the Bible. Please note that I am a Christian, and I am not in any way trying to say that the events of the Bible are Myth.
