                Renesmee
By Bella Cullen
I carried her gently in my arms,
cradled her slowly, meaning no harm,
her eyes filled with love, piercing my heart,
and I knew then: I was right from the start.
They looked down on me. Said I would die,
that if I kept her, I wouldn’t survive
I proved them wrong, but I’m not mad.
After all these days, I was finally back.
My beautiful daughter, Renesmee.
A face like an angel, and a perfect name.
Just like her father, beautiful and strong.
I guess I’m relieved that I wasn’t wrong.

 - Can't say I liked the books very much, but an amazing poem all the same. Five stars.
