- Description: I took this photo years ago. The reaper isn't digitally inserted, I actually drew it on the negative of the film before I developed it. The large stick there was at one time some kind of driftwood that someone stuck upright on a dune, and although it's impossible to see there was actually a dead seagull at the base. I thought it was nice, since there's a lot of death at the beach.
