I made this last night as a gift for my best friend. Mermaids are her very favorite so that's what I decided to draw for her. :) I'm sooooo happy with the way it turned out!!!XD
The base was drawn on Paint and was colored using Gimp 2. In total it took me about 3 1/2-4 hours to complete. - Date: 08/01/2010
