I tried to draw a chibi Arthur Kirkland (A.K.A. England) from Hetalia I drew this all on paint and I use a laptop so I had a scratch pad thing to use...
I know several things are out of proportion such as the ears and eyebrows...So please don't repeat that I know they are off..>.>; Oh and I know I didn't erase some of the sketch lines around his head and such.... So tell me what you think please! <3
