nice style good colour mix
as before body proportion your arms don't match the body due to the legs...and perhaps move the eyes down a bit to create a more manga feel.

- The colors and clothes are cute but the body is way out of proportion. Head is too big, shoulders are too wide, waist is too small and the hands are a bit awkward. Keeping working on it though. It's pretty. (:
