- He looks a bit stiff. People seem to think he is shrugging because you drew the shoulders as one straight, horizontal line. Look in the mirror and you'll notice that there is a lot more shape to them than that. His arms also look a bit short, the hands should at least reach his mid-thigh. Other than that the proportions look good.
