I love the hair and face, very simple, but not
overdone. I don't quite get the random directions
of the feathers on the wing bases though, and the
wings in general are missing dimension. The left
hand's (or, I believe it's the left) fingers are a
bit oddly placed, but other than that, it's a
decent sketch. Just clean it up and you have a

try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is
