try and talk about exactly what you like about the
picture; is it the hair? the eyes? the
background?
if you are critiquing, start with
something you like about the picture, then mention
specifically what you don't like. (eg. the hair is

wonderful picture.
i'm not gonns say 'don't do it
on lined paper'- it looks better on plain paper,
yes, but it doesn't matter what kind of paper it
is, it's the quality of the drawing that
matters.
My only suggestion is that you maybe
darken the outlines and give it shadows, etc.
Otherwise just leaving a light pencil lineart
makes it almost seem traced. (NOT saying you
traced it at all!)
Again it's wonderful. 9/10,
