You could do better. Now, I'm not saying its bad.
In fact I like this picture a lot. But I would
have to say that the shading looks a little to
grainy. Like you were using a bad pencil. And her
right eye ((her right)) seems to be looking in a
diffrent direction. Just my quick critique. But
