Nice job, you did pretty well on the body
proportions and WONDERFULLY on the dress and the
overall shading of her. My suggestion though is
to try to even out the cheeks a bit. I was about
to mention the head size, but seeing how it's
meant to be a cute picture, the head size is
perfect. Another thing that needs some working on
is the staff. It's very flat and needs a bit of
shading. This is the best piece I've seen today.
