His hair should stick out a little more...And the
blinking looks odd because the reast of him is

when doing the blinking animation, instead of
compleatly erasing the eye area (expecially with
the eye scar), make a closed eye too, it will look
a lot better, the frame when he is blinking is
just black, and makes it look like you didnt put
