The shading and correspondance to light is superb,
although you might want to consider sticking to
one certain light source, instead of making random
shading from different light sources, essentially
this will make the picture appear more definite
and full of life. For example, the light
reflections on the hair doesn't even correspond to
the waves in the hair.
The rest of the picture
is very very good, although the size of the head
