This image is actually quite old. I drew it back in July 2002 and colored the skin that August. I wanted to color the hair back then but every attempt failed so I gave up. Fastword to April 2003 I looked at the pic and although I hadn't really learned much in that time I decided to try coloring the hair again. I think it came out nice but I still have a long way to go.

Very nice eyes, and I like the soft coloring, as
well as the spots.
However, the way you shaded
and highlighted the hair makes it look like one
big sheet of something, not bunches of little
hairs put together. Also, the positioning of her
shoulders and below look a little strange to me.
I'd suggest looking for anatomy and hair-shading
tutorials through your local search engine. Also -
the highlighting of the eyes seems really sharp
