Had a couple of questions on how I did this, sooo... the line work is pencil on paper, scanned, and the color is in photoshop 7. Tools I used were basically just the air brush tool, and the lasso tool.....
the image looks like it gets cropped off a bit so if you right click, and go view image, u can
