This image is actually quite old. I drew it back in July 2002 and colored the skin that August. I wanted to color the hair back then but every attempt failed so I gave up. Fastword to April 2003 I looked at the pic and although I hadn't really learned much in that time I decided to try coloring the hair again. I think it came out nice but I still have a long way to go.

this is very simple but very very nice! I like the
spots and the eyes. I can't help but nag about the
body though. it seems a little squished...but I
