Ummm... Dragon Ball Z style there? Okay, okay,
that explains the outfit, so I can't tell you how
that looks... but, the forearms are too long, as
are the legs. For such a muscular chest, the arms
look too weak, and she is WAY too skinny. The
background reminds me of a lava lamp. The collar
bone is too low, and the neck is too long, the
hair is too BIG.
The colors look nice though,
and I see the effort that you put into it. It's a
