The harness she wears contains all the equipment needed for a nearly-naked alien woman to cross incalculable distances in a short amount of time and is possibly the reason she's not suffering the adverse affects of vacuum.
This begs the question; 'What took her so long to get back?' Perhaps her tardiness was deliberate. From the look on her face, an answer won't be forthcoming any time soon.
